Perfect for families looking for comfort

The staff really went above and beyond. During breakfast, the eggs were cooked to order and served with a nice fresh-fruit garnish, it was a pleasant surprise. The room had plenty of outlets for all our devices, which was a nice touch for our family.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, yet still decent for what we got.

The room was decent but had a few quirks. It looked clean overall, but the linens weren't pressed, which made them seem a bit off. The bed was super firm, so I didn’t sleep well, but my husband was fine. The shower was high up and had limited settings. The fridge made some noise at night, and the darkening blinds creaked, which didn’t help either.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved visiting the San Antonio Zoo and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, which made our vacation unforgettable. The hotel had a welcoming vibe and was just a short drive to all the fun.

On the downside, our room wasn't cleaned well upon arrival, and we experienced a delay in getting fresh towels, which was kind of disappointing.

During our stay, we had a fantastic time visiting the San Antonio Zoo. My dad, the kids, and I loved exploring all the amazing animals and exhibits. It was a highlight of our trip and so close to the hotel, making it easy for us to pop over for a day trip.

My kids wished the pool hours were longer.
